PHASE 1

CLIENT NEEDS ANALYSIS

  • Assessment of financial profile and potential funding solutions
  • Understand client forecasts and growth
  • Review forecast financial models and assumptions
  • Guidance on appropriate debt sizing

PREPARE IM & PITCH DECK (PD)

  • Prepare submission documents to present to financiers

MARKET SOUNDINGS

  • Arrange sounding meetings to ascertain:
  • Appetite for project and/or client
  • Specific lender requirements
  • Indicative terms & conditions (including pricing)
  • Assist in selecting preferred financiers

IDENTIFY SUITABLE FINANCIERS

  • Identify the most appropriate financiers to provide required funding via tender process to preselected and client approved list
  • This may include working with any existing financier

PHASE 2

ENGAGE PREFERRED FINANCIER

  • Prepare short list
  • Update IM and PD if necessary
  • Upon instruction from client approach preferred financier

FACILITATE CREDIT APPLICATION

  • Manage Q&A throughout credit approval/due diligence process
  • Monitor financiers responses and amendments

NEGOTIATE LEGAL TERMS

  • Review and negotiate terms on behalf of client

FACILITATE FINANCIAL CLOSE

  • Review and negotiate final document
  • Assist through execution, managing conditions precedent through to initial draw down

POST FINANCIAL CLOSE ACTIVITIES

  • Attendance at monthly PCG meetings
  • Liason between client & financier
  • Coordination of project completion activities including arranging residual stock loans and assisting purchasers in obtaining mortgages to settle their apartments
